To add images, audio, or videos to posts or pages in WordPress, follow these steps:

Log in to your WordPress dashboard.

Go to Posts > Add New or Pages > Add New to create a new post or page, or edit an existing post or page.

Place your cursor in the WordPress editor where you want to add the media.

Click the Add Media button, which is located above the editor.

In the Insert Media window, you can upload new media files from your computer or choose media files that have already been uploaded to your WordPress media library.

To upload new files, click the Select Files button and choose the files you want to upload. To choose files from your media library, click the Media Library tab and select the files you want to insert.

After selecting the files you want to add, you can use the options in the Insert Media window to adjust the alignment, size, and other settings for the media files.

When you are finished, click the Insert into post or Insert into page button to add the media to your post or page.
Once you have added the media files to your post or page, you can edit or delete them by clicking on them in the WordPress editor and using the options that appear. You can also use the Media > Library menu in the WordPress dashboard to manage and organize your media files.
